Lola Home Design is a full-service interior design practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founder and principal Lois Vinsel works with a broad group of talented artisans and varied resources to create thoughtful, contemporary environments that are personal, livable & playful.
Lola Home Design + The San Francisco Decorator Showcase! Lois was was thrilled to participate in the 2016 showcase at 298 Chestnut Street. Her "Mezzanine Hall" was featured in the June/July 2016 issue of SFC&G.
The path to Lola Home Design started in 2006 when Lois opened her retail shop LOLA in Berkeley, California. LOLA quickly became a destination for contemporary design in the Bay Area. Products from LOLA were featured in the New York Times, Departures, Sunset, Harper’s Bazaar, California Home + Design and Lucky magazines. LOLA was included in the San Francisco 2nd Ed eat.shop guide and profiled in Remodelista's "Shopper's Diary."
After working on a number of interior design projects while LOLA was open, Lois closed the shop in 2011 and turned her focus to interior design full time. Lois and her husband have been happy residents of the Oakland - Berkeley area since 1997.
